@charloh.bsky.social Last photo of Beastie, which is this sweet baby boy’s nickname, of the evening!

Gray FLOOFEN boy is snuggled into blankets with a kittensmile on his tiny face.

Not sure what’s happening exactly on the skyline, but have the impression that plenty of people have been harmed & (justifiably) are not in the best of spirits, thus, I offer to all this small good kitten (his nickname currently is Beastie & I love him)!

Amidst a whirl of blankets sits a small, gray FLOOFER. He is curled up from grooming his micropaws & is gazing up at the photographer while he is mid-paw-lick.

@fendersonia.bsky.social This kitten wants to make sure you’ve remembered noms today!

A diminutive, as yet unnamed gray FLOOFBEAST is loafed in a cardboard box with an orange & teal blue mouse toy on the viewer’s right. His box is perched upon a white countertop w/ a brown gouge in the countertop visible in front of him.

I was hoping there was KRAKEN-ING, but I also barely know what day it is, so, unsurprising I missed it! Also, have a Mina:

Mina, a blonde & black striped kitty w/ a white ruff & paws, as well as a mark on her nose that looks like a smudge of chocolate, perched atop the photographer and making a face indicating she wants MOAR PETS!

Ms. Hudson dubbed Efie’s paws “lion paws”, which is the best name for polydactyl paws I’ve heard !

Efie, a sabley/taupey & black striped polydactyl tabby cat lounges on a brick patio.

Efie, the same sabley/taupey & black striped tabby cat reclining on his side and smiling in a close-up of his face.

Mina urges you to go Kraken, but nappishly!

Mina, a black and blonde striped tabby cat with white tipped paws, a while ruff & muzzle, and a spot on her nose that makes her appear to have been caught sneaking some milk chocolate treats is croissanted on a teal and red, diamond & floral patterned brocade upholstery couch. She is sleepily raising her head in response to me asking her “Kraken?”

*Offers ridiculous kitty to keep you company while you’re waiting*

Round black, gray, and blonde striped kitty, Chubbers, reveling & scrunging in joy while she is lavished w/ pets by the photographer while she stands atop a cream colored down comforter.

Would an adorable, ridiculous cat help any? If so, have a Stripey!

A round loaf of a black, blonde, and gray striped cat w/ a white muzzle snuggles into a comforter while the photographer administers pets!

I’m sorry you’re in the situation of providing care to someone who’s in a dire situation, I hope a comfort Stripey helps slightly!

Mina, a small feline w/ black & blonde stripes, a white jaw/ruff, and a nose that appears to be smudged with chocolate is perched on the photographer, being adorable.

Mina, the same choconose Stripey from the prior photo, is loafed up on the photographer & is happily receiving pets

@charloh.bsky.social While it’s not allowing him to ingest plastic on purpose for fun, I did take photos of Tart’s adventures w/ the catnip penguin toy last night!

SweetTart, a cream/pale orange striped kitty climbs inside a Christmas tree shaped cat bed w/ catnip penguin toy. In the background a gray and white floofer cat, Nakata, sleeps in a cat bed on the table.

Tart proceeds to knead in his Christmas tree shaped bed…

Tart attempts to hot-box to better inhale the catnip in his penguin toy…

Tart inhaled too deeply and is now clinging to his Christmas tree bed for approximately.5 seconds before taking a nap…

@charloh.bsky.social Today’s cat update: sometimes they like to climb trees while I freeze my ass off & encourage them to come inside!

An orange & russet tabby with a white tail tip & a brown & black stripe tabby with white kneesocks on her back feet climb a tree in the photographer’s frigid back yard.

The same orange tabby w/ a white tail tip & black & brown stripe tabby with white kneesocks climb the tree, but with spookier looking lighting due to weirdness w/ the flash.

@charloh.bsky.social Cat update: Auggie & Efie are also adorable on cat-print blankets!

A small strawberry blonde & russet striped is semi-curled upon a flannel cat-print sheet in the foreground, while a sabley/taupey & black feline w/ extra large hooksocks loafs on pillows in the background

@charloh.bsky.social It’s cat time! Efie & Auggie are cuddling on the couch tonight!

Efie, a sabley/taupey & black striped cat curls up on a black nylon coat tossed on a red/teal brocade upholstered couch. Facing him is a smaller strawberry blonde & russet striped cat!

Good morning! Have some Stripeys of Encouragement!

Mina, a blonde & black tabby w/ a white ruff/lower face & a choconose, nestled beside her brother, Efie, a sabley/taupey & black striped tabby, in a brass bed festooned w/ slightly rumpled bedclothes.

Have some Tart, a mischievous kitty!

Tart, an extremely pale orange & cream tabby cat w/ golden-olive eyes & a pale corally-pink nose, reclining on his side on a bed w/ a pale pink sheet & cream woven blanket.

Tart, an extremely pale orange & cream tabby cat, flopped on his side w/ his paws curled up & his feet resting against Wolfie, a vibrant rust Elder Statescat. They are both ensuring that freshly done laundry has the appropriate amount of cat hair on it 😹

Have an excellent small cat for mood boosting!

Efie, a black & sabley/taupey striped tabby, looking to the viewer’s left w/ an expression of confusion or outrage about the noise the photographer emitted to garner his attention. 😹

@charloh.bsky.social I am home today, and Efie remains adorable! (I am SO happy to come home to the kitties! 😹)

Efie, a sabley-taupey & black tabby cat w/ giant paws, as seen through a sunburst phone lens!

Efie, a sabley/taupey & black striped tabby w/ a GLORIOUSLY large paw, looking irked as the flash function interacts oddly w/ an iPhone lens.

Efie, a sabley/taupey & black striped tabby cat w/ giant eyes & paws looking alarmed at whatever I just uttered to garner his feline attention! 😹

Speaking of new toys, the new blanket appears to be feline-approved:

4 cats - In the left foreground, an ashier-brown & black striped, rounder tabby, Chubbers; in the left background, a taupey/sabley & black striped tabby w/ giant paws, Efie; in the right background a strawberry-blonde & russet striped tabby, Auggie; and in the right foreground, a black, silky longhaired cat, Coop - all snuggle into a cream faux-sherpa blanket on a red & teal brocade covered couch.

@charloh.bsky.social Update: I am being OBSERVED! Is it Kraken time soon?

Coop, a silky black long-haired kitty w/ a white ruff sits on a counter covered in boxes as I clean/prep the den area for a friend to stop in & feed/pet the kitties over the weekend. Next to Coop is a brown cardboard box out of which Mina, a tinier blonde & black striped tabby cat, peaks over the edge, confident that she is well-concealed.

I’m sorry you’re not feeling well! Also, have you played Stray, the adorable cat game? If not, I suggest it, purely to see if your kitty enjoys it! (Healing Efie w/ his giant paws to assist in recovery)

Efie, a black & stably/taupey tabby cat w/ gigantic paws snuggling into a gray cat bed placed upon a short table. Efie is flopped on his side & is holding his tail, a signature Efie-ism!

@charloh: emergency update: Efie & Chubbers remain extremely cute!

Two tabby cats - one that is more golden/sabley colored w/ black stripes & is longer; the other that is more white/tan & black stripes & is rounder- are croissanted together on a gray cat bed atop a short table. In the background is a rattan woven chair, another taller table w/ a Christmas reindeer brass tree-crown & cat-Angel Christmas tree topper base on it w/ the cat-angel out of frame, & a barrister’s bookcase full of pattern books. Efie, the more golden/sable toned, long Stripey is in the foreground & appears to be exceedingly content. Chubbers, the rounder kitty behind Efie has a quizzical expression on her tiny cat face.

Lane The Goofbot @lanethegoofbot.bsky.social · 18/12/2023

Chubbers is being enthusiastic about pets!

Chubbers, the roundest & shortest-limbed of the 3 Stripeys (tabby cats w/ varying shades of brown + black stripes), has a blissed out expression on her diminutive face as she accepts pets administered by the photographer. She stands upon a red/teal brocade couch.

@charloh.bsky.social I felt it was imperative you see the enormous hooksocks posing:

Efie, a sabley/taupey brown & black striped tabby w/ gigantic kitten mittens is flopped atop a cat bed that is resting upon a table. The light for a nearby lamp perfectly illuminates how absurdly scaled Efie’s paws are!

@charloh.bsky.social I think she’ll forgiven me for denying her plastic noms!

They are still kittens, just larger ones, now!

Mina, a blonde & black striped kitty w/ a choconose is flopped upon a bed w/ her brother, Efie, a sable/taupe & black striped kitty who is peaking around Mina.

This is Mina & Efie when they were babies - one of the greatest days of my life was the day I found SURPRISE KITTENS in my home!

On the left of Mina, a blonde and black striped kitten with a white muzzle area & a spot on her nose that makes it appear she has just been caught sneaking milk chocolate & has smudged some on her nose. Beside her is her brother, Efie, a sabley/taupey brown & black striped tabby with large eyes and a sweet disposition (which is an excellent compliment to Mina’s more spicy, assertive personality)!

111

Lane The Goofbot @lanethegoofbot.bsky.social · 17/12/2023

This is one of my recent-ish favorites: Efie, the brown tabby, has such a characteristically sweet expression, where as Wolfie, my elder statescat, appears more skeptical

Wolfie, a large Orange boy, strikes a self-possessed pose while glancing slightly to the viewer’s right, while Efie, the sabley/taupey & black striped feline looks at the photographer with an expression of deep affection. They are perched upon a bed w/ rumpled blankets, from which they survey their domain!

@charloh.bsky.social Today’s cat adventure: Mina decided to hide behind the dish-drying rack in the belief I wouldn’t hear her trying to devour plastic packaging & therefore thwart her life’s ambition of ingesting plastic debris. (She was not successful, & is pouting I cruelly denied her plastic nom

A shot of an awkwardly angled overflowing dishes rack w/ a colinder, cutting board, number of bowls. In the far right corner is the fridge-shelf that is escaping the sink where it’s being soaked to remove sticky honey-ginger marinade.
Behind the dishes pile is a blonde and black striped kitty w/ a white muzzle who perpetually appears to have milk chocolate smudged across her nose. She has clearly just been caught trying to secretly devour plastic before I cruelly snatch away the inedible garbage she has fixated upon masticating until it resembles food.

@charloh.bsky.social I thought you’d appreciate the inexplicable two sharps extension on Mina’s claws:

Mina, my blonde & black striped tabby kitty w/ a chocolate fur variation on her nose that makes her appear to have been perpetually sneaking chocolate, is photographed sleeping on Christmas cat flannel sheets. She has two of her sharps extended on the paw closest to the camera for no discernible reason.
