Yeah. I feel like there's an extremely vocal minority of idiots who get bent out of shape whenever a woman helms a game, because they seem to lack the necessary imagination to play as one. It's exhausting and dumb. Worse though, because they seem to get all the stupid press articles as well. 😑

I like the idea, but I would make it more "Illusion" with "When this permanent becomes the target of a spell or ability, sacrifice it" and add the same to the Blue Ooze creature token & make them "Illusions" too. Adds to the fun. Also allows you to lower the cost to UB while making it 1/3 instead.

Monkey Island 1 was great, so was 2. I remember having an explicit "walkthrough"-booklet for it because my parents felt the game was too tricky. For me, it will forever be the time of Baldur's Gate 1, Command & Conquer and Diablo. Because bloody 'ell, I've spend so many hours in those. Good days.

It does lead you somewhat, but via dialogue, NPCs running towards you and opening up each hub-area piece by piece. Its easy to understand where you need to go next, but you are allowed to explore as well. That makes it interesting to do. Because you can, but don't have to.
