Abilities:
Reach
Oozes and Illusions you control deal combat damage to creatures and planeswalkers in the form of time counters.
Creatures and planeswalkers with time counters on them have vanishing and cannot block creatures you control.
When a permanent is sacrificed during a player’s upkeep, make a 2/3 Ooze creature token.

I like the idea, but I would make it more "Illusion" with "When this permanent becomes the target of a spell or ability, sacrifice it" and add the same to the Blue Ooze creature token & make them "Illusions" too. Adds to the fun. Also allows you to lower the cost to UB while making it 1/3 instead.
