There was a time not long ago when I thought it was cool and novel when people wanted to come to Neyland Stadium for their first football game, even if they didn't understand football culture. It was, in my mind, a great first experience and an honor to host. I am really tired of them now.

I understand why Tennessee is trying to appease the fans attending the Texas game, but I don't believe half-priced booze until 10 AM is really the answer. It's like they have never met a Tennessee fan.

The easiest way to solve this "OMG TRANSFERRING IS OUT OF CONTROL" narrative is simply to make the student athletes students again. If I don't play sports, graduation has to be a factor in my transfer decision. Graduation should be a mandatory factor in an athlete transferring.
