Good morning from the car while we are awaiting the house reinspection to be done. The dogs and cat are starting to get a little clingy as the moving boxes pile up around them.

A big, goofy, tri-color shepherd mix looking out of the window and anxiously shedding fur onto the gray interior of my SUV’s cargo space.

Welp, everything but the kitchen is packed downstairs, and I’m starting to make a dent in the upstairs. I’m hoping my grandmother won’t haunt my dreams tonight because I donated a silver plated chafing dish to the church’s yard sale. I have not used it since I received it as a wedding gift in 1987.

Going through the attic. I kept all of daughter’s certificates, programs from events, special schoolwork, etc, because my mama kept mine. When she died, I threw it all away. Now, I’m wondering why I’m keeping all of daughter’s stuff in a bin in the attic.
