Baltimore bound! ✈️ It’s a super busy day at Austin - Bergstrom International Airport, and I’m flying Southwest Airlines nonstop to Baltimore. An unexpected travel lesson with my new Ottobock AFO braces: I had to remove them at TSA PreCheck! Dream Vacations - Lainey Melnick & Associates

What can you say about #tedlasso? Another great season but this one wasn’t quite as good to me as when Ted was coaching the men. I’m not sure I’m happy with the ending and all the upcoming changes. I miss the men players a lot and felt much more connected to their storylines and drama.

I mourn everyone murdered that day, every hostage killed in captivity, and every life lost in the war that followed. I hold in my heart all those taken hostage, their families, the survivors, the bereaved, and everyone who still carries the trauma of that day three years later.

Her father, Eshel, witnessed Carmel’s abduction through the window blinds. Carmel’s brother, Alon, and young niece escaped. Her sister-in-law, Yarden Roman Gat, was also kidnapped and later released in the November hostage deal. Their family carries losses and trauma that time cannot simply erase.

Three years after October 7th, the grief remains deeply personal. Today, I remember my mishbucha, Carmel Gat, born in Kibbutz Be’eri. Hamas kidnapped her at 39. She turned 40 in captivity before she was executed. Her mother, Kinneret, was murdered as the family gathered to celebrate Simchat Torah.

Not my usual type of show but #lanterns is a good space super cop mystery. I love Kyle Chandler and Aaron Pierre, they both are perfect casting. I never watched any Green Lantern so this all new to me. Fun to watch. A little dark humor and action. Great finale, very satisfying.

Denying 1 people the national rights you demand for another is discriminatory—and, when Jews are singled out, antisemitic. The 1947 proposed Jewish and Arab states with equal rights in both, 2 homelands. Self-determination is not inherently racism—for Jews, Palestinians, Irish, Armenians or Kurds.

Dream Vacations - Lainey Melnick & Assoc @laineymelnick.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

Supporting a Palestinian homeland while branding Jewish self-determination racist is a dangerous double standard. The Green Party of England and Wales’s resolution calls for a single Palestinian state across historic Palestine, replacing Israel as the Jewish homeland.

It’s such an important show for people to watch who only see propaganda and not the reality. More people watch this show than probably watch the news. I was glad that season 4 and 5 took us outside the Middle East to Europe and other surrounding countries. Because that is what is happening. #fauda

Each season is tense and filled with emotion but this one is different. It must’ve been difficult to write this knowing it could be triggering for survivors. I’m so glad they finally talk about EMDR therapy for PTSD. The whole country probably needs it.

Finally started to binge #Fauda and it already has me hooked. It is an authentic look at the Israeli-Palestinian conflict that attempts to humanize both sides so you can see how the war causes trauma and continues the cycle of revenge. It is about an Israeli undercover unit hunting terrorists.

I wish that more shows acknowledged that it is such a great therapy for people with trauma. But I guess then they can’t have all of this mayhem from it. I’m glad that an action show with a female protagonist hit the top spot even though I feel for Ritchson that he lost his number 1 spot. 😂 #neagley
