What can you say about #tedlasso? Another great season but this one wasn’t quite as good to me as when Ted was coaching the men. I’m not sure I’m happy with the ending and all the upcoming changes. I miss the men players a lot and felt much more connected to their storylines and drama.

Three years after October 7th, the grief remains deeply personal. Today, I remember my mishbucha, Carmel Gat, born in Kibbutz Be’eri. Hamas kidnapped her at 39. She turned 40 in captivity before she was executed. Her mother, Kinneret, was murdered as the family gathered to celebrate Simchat Torah.

I am a lifelong, committed Democrat. But for the first time in my life, I feel like I’m on an island without a party. As a Jewish American, I never imagined I would have to question whether the political home I’ve supported for decades has room for me—and takes my community’s safety seriously.

Not my usual type of show but #lanterns is a good space super cop mystery. I love Kyle Chandler and Aaron Pierre, they both are perfect casting. I never watched any Green Lantern so this all new to me. Fun to watch. A little dark humor and action. Great finale, very satisfying.

Supporting a Palestinian homeland while branding Jewish self-determination racist is a dangerous double standard. The Green Party of England and Wales’s resolution calls for a single Palestinian state across historic Palestine, replacing Israel as the Jewish homeland.

I cannot rave enough about #fauda. We completed all 5 seasons and it’s so gripping and authentic with beautifully executed cinematography, scriptwriting, sound, acting, directing, special effects.

We got through season 5 episode 7 of Fauda and am taking a break before finishing the last 4 episodes. I think it was really smart to structure the season starting with the aftermath of Oct 7th so you know what to expect with your favorite characters before plunging us into the heavy episodes 7 & 8.

Really beautiful film. The cinematography is perfection. It is actually filmed in New Zealand around the south island. Oden is played by an actor dog named Uber and his three offspring double for him in some of the more physically demanding scenes. They all deserve an Oscar!

Finally started to binge #Fauda and it already has me hooked. It is an authentic look at the Israeli-Palestinian conflict that attempts to humanize both sides so you can see how the war causes trauma and continues the cycle of revenge. It is about an Israeli undercover unit hunting terrorists.
