I did not lie before, even when you told me I was being rude. Do you remember scolding me? I hope you do, no matter annoying it was. I miss it. Drayden and Elesa said I was lying yesterday. I said I was fine with the police's verdict because I knew the truth. I was lying.

I collapsed at work today on my way to the doubles line. I have not slept for two days, I do not think I have eaten either. I tried to explain this, but the city has put me on mandatory leave. Not even all of our pokémon make our apartment any less lonely.

You made me a liar, but that is okay. I will use this time to sort my notes and continue investigating. I will find you myself.

Anyway, that is okay. They were useless after four months of "investigation" and I have been doing the work. Chandelure searches the tunnels every night. I miss you. A lot. Your pokemon miss you too. Elesa, Uncle Drayden, and Iris miss you. I'm fairly certain the whole region misses you. But they don't miss you as much as I do, or they would let me continue looking for you.
