A hill I'll die on: Illustrations in novels should come back. Adults like pictures, too! A few older books I have contain wonderful woodcuts or inked drawings. I think they enhance the experience. Not necessary, but classy.

finally watched nosferatu 2024. it was a great movie! the visuals were gorgeous. as an adaptation of an adaptation of dracula i like how it took inspiration from all of its predecessors. i'm glad i watched it and i'm even more excited for werwulf now

i think i'm slowly rediscovering my love for drawing... i keep sessions short and just let myself do whatever without worrying i don't pick up a pencil every day but i did it several times this month already. that's a huge improvement!
