I do kinda miss having a dishwasher. But as it's just me, the washing up really isn't bad enough to justify it or generated fast enough to make filling it happen particularly frequently. Good job I don't mind washing up, innit?

Bought a suuuper cheap lil' lump of pork shoulder this morning. Cut up into lean parts for breading, fattier cubes for casserole, and all the really fatty trimmings to go in the slow cooker to render out, pull, then make roast tatties for dinner. So I got probably 10 portions out of a £6 pig lump.
