Not sure what the GOP supermajority is smoking, but Amendment 1, which removes the right to bail for dozens of crimes and is on your ballot this election year, is unconstitutional. Changing the constitution to keep more Tennesseans locked up so their jail-owning donors can make more $$ is wrong.
