Also that moment when you have a camera-on all-team meeting in a hour but you really just want to fall down and cry in bed for a while. *exhales soul* Such is life and that's what "touch up my appearance is for". 👍❤️‍🩹

Nothing like an age difference so huge you feel like an only child even with 3 sisters. No wonder my social anxiety is so whack.

The Ratchet drought is so real, don't they know how thirsty we are? Geez. That Megatron is totally worth it, amazing figure. I didn't like the MMC Rodimus so much, got the one by SXS instead. Better chest and head IMO.

Big tech keeps eyeing tribal land for new data centers. But Native nations are pushing back: the Seminole Nation passed a complete moratorium. The Cherokee Nation banned hyperscale data centers. The Kickapoo Tribe formally opposed them.

I look forward to that! I do find that there is still room for interesting flex in how creators fill in the blanks or interpret Drift's history/characterization, and Flowers was one such fascinating take. Yours is another. I love euphorbic's Deadlock too.

THISTHISTHIS! What Shane and Guidi created was an amazing design and very refreshing at the time. But I have the first MMC figs, Furai's, and the Iron Factory's, and though everything else that's come out since then is nice, they just aren't different enough to justify the price. :(

Just Sarah 💖☕️🐈🐉🤖 @ladyofdragons.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

*sob* I was just saying the same thing to the other half. Like...now there's so many Drift/Deadlocks but they are all the G1 toy design. Whhhhhhhhyyyyyyyy 😭

Just Sarah 💖☕️🐈🐉🤖 @ladyofdragons.bsky.social · 12/08/2026

It might be the drama of it, but I love imagining it this way because it makes the decent into the single-minded blind drive to end the war even more profound and tragic. I'd be tempted to write it if a good plot idea landed, but I have so many unwritten fics already. 😆

Just Sarah 💖☕️🐈🐉🤖 @ladyofdragons.bsky.social · 12/08/2026

I wish more people explored early Deadlock too. I feel like that must have been one of the happiest portions of his life? The Cause is real and necessary. He has recognized worth, power, and the agency + resources to use it. He's fed, has a home, and a sense of belonging like he's never had before..

110

Just Sarah 💖☕️🐈🐉🤖 @ladyofdragons.bsky.social · 12/08/2026

Yes exactly. He has strong motivations for everything he does but many don't see his complex layers. I don't get mad, just sad cuz it's such a missed opportunity & perpetuates the mischaracterization. Have you ever read weaponup-wallflower's fics? Really interesting exploration of underworld Drift.

Not only was Drift a killer for the underground, he witnessed, from the inside, the involvement of the elite (rich/politicians) in criminal/corrupt dealings. He may have even carried out some of that shady business. I can only imagine how that must have felt, no wonder he he accepted Meg's offer.2/2

Just Sarah 💖☕️🐈🐉🤖 @ladyofdragons.bsky.social · 12/08/2026

Yeah, I see this a lot too. I suspect MTMTE/LL readers are reverse engineering him having read only that canon. But even when folks do read the mini, parts get glossed over, like the first two panels in that last page. 1/2

Absolutely hilarious. I always consider her taller than average, like maybe max a head taller than Drift or Rod. Didn't expect the rest of the party to be short and it's AMAZING. 🤩 All the more reason to finish her back ref tho. Only just now realizing what Aru's eye level is when she "takes point"🤣
