Pauline Hanson is in Ballarat today 🤢 pushing hate, ignorance. We're moving there early 2026. Forever Victoria has stood out as the most progressive state in Australia. A pity ON has a chance at getting a foothold there but atleast she's elderly (72). I think ON depends on her cult of personality

🐔 tonight our 10 freeranging chickens have been locked into their newly bird-proofed home as H5N1 has reached the local area. Every fortnight we'll let them out for an hour or two before sunset then watch them carefully for a few days. We're not protecting them 100% because..mental health, theirs

We wouldn't be leaving Tasmania if we weren't tired of travelling back and forth to see other son and grand-toddler. The cost of travel and accommodation, the disruption, the never having casual family time. I do recommend life in Tasmania, it's been amazing. Friendly. Beautiful. Quaint. Quiet. Cool

This is huge! Another cancer responds well to immunotherapy. A child had metastatic liver cancer. The patient had chemotherapy & a liver resection. No avail. Then: Two infusions, eight weeks apart. Doctors saw complete regression. No systemic toxicity. 🧪 www.bcm.edu/news/care-st...

Adult son was born with immune deficiency disorder but a test done a few years ago showed his IgG ok. We were told he's better (but it's lifelong!). He's on 3 immune suppressing meds, has multiple unusual infections in lungs $ skin annually BUT ATAGI now say can't get free COVID vaccines anymore!

☀️ Covid infects 99,999/10,000 who don't protect themselves from it with the best fitted high filtration masks. Fact. Evidenced. Researched. It's incredibly contagious. 1/4 however get no symptoms so think they haven't had it. That's a fact too. The virus in still harming their blood vessels silently

Another reason for us to leave Tasmania. We're moving anyway to be closer to a son, grand toddler & health specialists. We've had some poor ambulance experiences. No masks during a covid wave. Took 1 1/4 to attend head injured neighbour, who then died in a paddock www.abc.net.au/news/2026-09...

🚲 I donated my old exercise bike in a panic to reduce stuff ready to sell and move to a smaller place. Biggest regret!! Today I bought a new one! Basic model will do all I need. I can’t walk more than a km and some days not that but I can add in daily bike. I need to improve leg strength 🦵 🦵

My husband is a therapist, currently working privately. Surprisingly he's found men often prefer phone therapy. They feel more comfortable with it than video or in-person. His service is free here in Australia if people have a GP medicare mental health plan. Medicare pay him. It's working well 😊
