Nasa announced the Artemis astronauts will have the latest cellphones. Let's hope they checked them for Spyware.

Do you think the IOC will put sanctions against the US for the upcoming Olympics? Will the US athletes have to compete under a different flag?

I guess we are at the point in history where porn directors are nominated for Governor General Arts awards. Interesting times.

My car dealership had excellent service.. until I paid off my car loan. I no longer get regular service reminders, invitations to events etc. I took car in for inspection in Aug, they recommended $1800 of repairs, most of which I can do myself but there were some things that should be covered by...

I have a question about the Rider Argo game last night and the play where the command centre moved the ball. If player A goes down to the ground but there is a player B underneath them, is player A considered down or only when certain parts of player A's body is on the turf?

Last night's #BryanAdams concert was amazing. Bryan and the band are very good musicians. The light show and video effects were very cool. I loved the band view camera effect, and the wristband lights created great atmosphere. Also appreciate the extra stage for us in the cheap seats.

Rest in peace, Robert Redford. Actor, director, producer and mentor for so many independent film makers.

My scarecrows for the #LumsdenScarecrowFestival on Sept 20th. I guess I went with an Astronomy theme🤣

A scarecrow of astronaut Jeremy Hansen in blue, standing next to a sign that says "Artemis".

A scarecrow of Canadian Astronaut Jerwmy Hansen complete with home-made crests for his name, Canada flag and the Canadian Space Agency.

A grey haired scarecrow in a blue shirt has his hands around a shorter scarecrow in a black shirt with yellow straw hair. These scarecrows depict the "Coldplay couple".

I noticed that Starbuck's ads are focused on what is written on the outside of the cup when they need to focus on what goes inside the cup!

Unpopular opinion this week: I just had a great conversation with someone, at work, about how much we love Winnipeg. The Culture, the music scene, the people, etc. To all the Rider fans heading to the Peg for the #BanjoBowl have fun, enjoy the city and #GORIDERS

We are into Season 3 of The Fall. Gillian Anderson is so good. Her character has many layers, and the director does a great job of filming glances and nuances of all the characters.

Solar flares and tsunamis. Some say they are connected. Throw in the ( annual) meteor shower and it is going to be an interesting few days.

We decided not to get tickets to the #HarvestMoonFestival this year, and I have #FOMO already! We love this festival in Clearwater MB as we get to visit with lots of extended family. Now we are planning a trip out west to visit other extended family instead. Hope to be back at #HMF next year.

This was a good weekend for my #CFLFantasy team. I moved up a few spots in both my leagues. I only went 2/3 on #CFLPickem so I better step up my game for the coming week. It is tough to choose between BC/Sask and Wpg/Stamps. @cfl.ca

Does anyone else drive the grids and check the crops but is not a farmer?. Peas look good now that we have had heat, and wheat is coming along. Canola looks a little sparse, perhaps due to lack of rain in June. I noticed some crops were rotated and less canola than usual on this route.🤷‍♀️

I am watching Stand By Me. They just got to the part where Gordo tells the Pie Eating Contest story. I change the channel until that is done as I remember almost throwing up in the theatre when I first saw the movie back in '86.
