Anyone in #rstats world seen a successful Quarto render implementation in Shiny? (think downloadable reports) After weeks of frustration I think my best option is switching to R Markdown. At an impasse with Quarto CLI issues… PS yes I’ve done all the Googling, results not promising 🙃

Aujourd’hui, j’ai testé le Shiny Assistant. J’ai voulu voir ce qu’il donnait avec une demande simple ! Comme c’est la période j’ai lui ai demandé un calendrier de l’avent. Il m’a généré directement le fichier app.r dans la console et j’ai pu direct voir l’application tourner ! C’est vraiment super !

Vous aussi le fait que R soit juste une lettre, c’est compliqué pour les recherches ! (Et ne parlons pas de Shiny je tombe sur des Pokémon ✨) fun fact comme je parle bcp de R , des gens pensent parfois que je parle par ex d’un amour secret : une personne dont ce serait la première lettre du prénom 😆

I just saw a script by someone not into data. it took me back to my oceanography studies when i was doing tons of stats in R. My code back then ? Very Messy 😩😬😅. With my current data/programming skills, I now know how much time I wasted… and how I could do it way more efficiently today ! 😁 #rstats
