I have -had- two all-metal claw clips for my hair that I *loved* and wore almost every day for years because I have a lot of hair, and they don't give me ponytail headaches The springs on both of them have broken within the last week 😭😭😭

If this had been an option in my recent EV search, it would have been a serious contender. I test drove an IONIQ 6 and liked a lot of things about it ... But it's like a full foot too long to fit in my garage 😐 There are VERY FEW compact EVs with good range available in the US. It's ridiculous.

I'm adding a glow-in-the-dark blanket stitch to the edge of this cute Halloween throw I found Max is not much of a lap kitty, but he LOVES this blanket, so he's "helping" 🥰

A purple fleece throw blanket with black cats and moons and flowers, on my lap while I work on sewing a blanket stitch edge on it with white glow-in-the-dark yarn. Max, a tabby cat, is snuggled up on the blanket next to my hip.

Fun story about Science Made Us Robots: I discovered them because they followed me on Instagram for my drawings. Anyway, they're very cool and nice, and their music is good. If you like 90s punk similar to Green Day, you will probably like their music. You should go listen to them.

I listened through on my way to work this morning, and I love it. It has great collaborations with Beartooth, KNEECAP, Serj Tankian, but also lots of rock with Tom Morello on vocals, and the political messages you'd expect. Also Roman Morello is a force to be reckoned with on the guitar 🔥🔥🔥
