Overall would you recommend going to see it in theatres or is it a wait until release situation?

Kc @kz44.bsky.social · 21/10/2025

Pokemon Z-A is unironically the most disappointed I've ever been in a pokemon game. Also the dialogue and tutorial lasts wayyyyyy wayyyyyyyy wayyyyyyyy too long It might be worse than sun and moon.

As a Toronto born fan, trust me we needed this 😭

House (1977) also there's obvious classics like Tucker and Dale vs evil or Army of Darkness.

You went out of your way to defend a soft handed man child on a WeRateDogs reply. We are entitled to assume you're a fan of them lmao.

Never thought I'd see the day a Trump fan crashes out on a WeRateDogs meme response. The USA is cooked.

Are you tired of watching the same popular horror films over and over again for the Halloween season? What if I gave you a list of cult horror films to watch this year instead? A thread.

I love Batgirl so much. I wish she wasn't always written falling in love with a different dude every storyline. Her and Nightwing should have stayed consistently a thing :(

Hey they got the whole devisity locked in. I can respect that.

I will be more inclined to play a game if it has a female protagonist. Never understood the distaste. Love female leads.

Get Out is the obvious one though for sure. They already use it as an example of great filmmaking in film school.

I think Hereditary, A Quiet Place and The Cabin in the Woods have arguments but I personally think Bring Her Back will be in this conversation. (Same with Sinners if it counts as horror).

Even the switch titles basically still sell at release value.

000

Kc @kz44.bsky.social · 03/10/2025

100% agree, I just don't expect it to be Game of the Year worthy I've lost that faith in GAMEFREAK. Just give me a solid pokemon experience and I'm happy. The games retain their value forever too so if you buy physical you don't lose any money realistically.

Kc @kz44.bsky.social · 03/10/2025

I genuinely think S/V is overhated (performance issues aside). If it released on the Switch 2 people would have loved it.

Kc @kz44.bsky.social · 03/10/2025

Genuinely surprised every game gets this much hype when it releases It feels like the entire community hates on the new release for months.

"That plant is small" must also be conforming to liberal identities.

Literally nothing happens in the movie. The Thing just has some unfinished side story and then the universal threat gets pushed into a portal. No stakes.

I feel like we need more comic shops that push physical copies of stuff not published by Marvel, DC and Image. Most of my local shops the closest thing they have to underground or indie comics I'd DSTLRY.

Wow the famous wrestler The Rock plays a famous MMA fighter . Give him an Oscar rn.

Kc @kz44.bsky.social · 30/09/2025

Kiss anime will lock in don't worry

050

Kc @kz44.bsky.social · 30/09/2025

With the recast having such mixed opinions too I'm surprised this is the advertising campaign they're running with rn. Idk who they're pondering too. But hey he got an Oscar so I guess they're gunna ride it out.

010

Kc @kz44.bsky.social · 30/09/2025

All the hype they are putting into Doom now, RDJ gotta be putting on an Oscar winning performance.

Kc @kz44.bsky.social · 29/09/2025

Agreed on the Superman take.

000

Kc @kz44.bsky.social · 29/09/2025

I'm in the exact same boat. Superman was an absolute blast. Looking forward to seeing One Battle After Another tomorrow.

Kc @kz44.bsky.social · 28/09/2025

Damn! Congrats. I want to find out the secrets about the old tree. Excited to start new game +.

010

Kc @kz44.bsky.social · 28/09/2025

Damnnnnn I started new game+ but I've been too busy to make it through the 2nd time. Did you get the alternate endings?

100

Kc @kz44.bsky.social · 28/09/2025

I loved it! If you like Silent Hill, you'll love it. The only complaint I have is that it's pretty short. I did a decent amount of exploration and still beat it in 8 hours. It's an incredible 8 hours though if you can live with the price tag.

000

Kc @kz44.bsky.social · 28/09/2025

Significantly more beautiful aswell

010

Kc @kz44.bsky.social · 25/09/2025

That's amazing. Had no idea the context behind the shark being pro LGBTQ+ other than it just being a meme. Love to see it. Makes me want to buy one.

010

Kc @kz44.bsky.social · 25/09/2025

I genuinely haven't met a soul that's seen it, desirvedly.

000

Kc @kz44.bsky.social · 25/09/2025

I personally adored the story of f but 100% agree the finale drags, it's so short that I didn't expect the final puzzle to be 2 hours before the credits roll. Also long combat sections in a franchise that has purposefully weak protagonists is a move for sure.

000

Kc @kz44.bsky.social · 25/09/2025

What's the shark represent? I'm unfamiliar.

110

Kc @kz44.bsky.social · 25/09/2025

100% agree. I'm excited. So far I trust Gunn's vision and I pray the DCU finally finds success. I need a good Wonder Woman.

010

Kc @kz44.bsky.social · 25/09/2025

Okay cool. I loved the premise of the show although I never finished it. I'm going to check the comic out. I appreciate it.

Did anyone actually go see the smurfs?
