I just want to put this out there. Albertans voted ´No’ to permanent daylight savings time in 2021. The results are binding. Now the UCP has decided to ignore the referendum results and change it anyway. Democracy erosion in real time. ushttps://www.alberta.ca/daylight-saving-time-engagement

The whole idea of an Alberta referendum on separation from Canada is such a time and resource waste, but if the separatists promise to STFU once the OVERWHELMING majority choose CANADA, then I say let’s go. Take the air out of this idiot balloon. calgaryherald.com/opinion/colu...

O Canada, we stand on guard for thee. Please be kind to your neighbours. Shovel their walk. Bring them cookies. Invite them over and share stories over a drink. Perform one random act of kindness for them each day. We need each other. Nobility, trust and respect matter. Love to you.

Canada > Alberta A reminder to my fellow Canadians: not all Albertans are selfish and ignorant. What makes our country great is our collaboration and unity. The actions of the AB premier do not reflect the beliefs or values of all Albertans. Very disappointed in Danielle Smith’s divisive tactics.

I’ve been writing a lot lately. One of the things I reflected on today was the new mindset around intentional extended breaks for gymnasts. I always felt guilty when I took more than a couple of days off. Now gymnasts take months off and come back rested and ready. It’s so refreshing to witness!
