Talarico literally said that there are only 2 genders, and trans people are a genetic disorder, and this is what he gets for his appeasing these mfs.

Equating "schools should respect kids if they want to use different pronouns" to "THEY'RE HANDING OUT SEX CHANGE PILLS IN KINDERGARTEN CLASSROOMS" is pernicious and awful

A lot of this is increase in work-from-home programs, I'm sure. As someone who's worked from home since 2006, it can definitely get lonely. Going outside and seeing other people is a must.

Yeah, everything I've glanced at with the words "AI" and "synthetic" in it w/r/t polling is in a totally different universe than simple "weighting"

I have no idea how "make up some people and guess what they'd think about issues/candidates" ever got taken even semi-seriously in the polling world.

Given the lack of constraints employed by OpenAI in this instance, the agent was arguably working as intended, using every available tool to generate the answers it was asked to provide: arstechnica.visitlink.me/d2djD-

Without a "full set of safeguards," agent accessed "system information and source code."
