“Take yo Time, Pastah”

Illustration of a lively church service. There used to be a choir in the background, a woman shouting in the middle of the aisle and an usher helping a woman who has fallen out in the spirit.

“The Shop”

illustration of a vibrant Black hair salon with various clients and stylists doing hair. The scene is filled with dynamic energy, showcasing clients getting their hair braided, styled, and flat ironed. The space is warmly lit, with salon tools and hair products visible on counters and shelves. In the background, a stylist sweeps the floor while a child sits under the dryer.

I have to take out these bubble braids, dye my hair, and then do mini twists all before thanksgiving…I have time, but I play too much 😭 it takes me forever to do my hair

020

during the reading, I also got confirmation with a card talking about childlike wonder! clairvoyance is funny asf sometimes. even if the message you receive may look/sound crazy, roll with it !!!

030

I’m crying bc I was doing a reading for a client, and I saw flashes of green, a rainbow, and the leprechaun from the lucky charms commercials 😭😭😭😭 I was like ??? what I took from it was to remain optimistic, childlike, and open to new perspectives. I get to the advice portion, and look at this!

but can I be trusted with this style…bc I feel like I’d just let my hair loc 😭

“Grown Folk Bidness”

An illustration of a lively gathering in a cozy room. In the center, a group of Black people are seated around a table playing uno. In front of them, others are dancing and enjoying themselves, holding red solo cups. A black man in the doorway waves while holding a 40. The warm tones and patterned floor create a festive and inviting atmosphere.

At its core, gratitude is the simplest and most powerful remedy to invite Jupiter’s blessings. When we express gratitude, we’re not just thanking the universe, we’re opening the door for more goodness to flow in. Gratitude is, in essence, a form of prayer.
