filled out ballot. skipped the judges cause i have no idea about these district appellate judges and as far as i can tell, it's more the do we let them stay on vs choose new ones. also remembered to write down my choices cause i can never remember especially for the meh measures.

never heard of sous vide for poached, but i've used it for onsen. i think the thing that most people don't factor in is if your eggs are fridge cold (american) or room temp (most of europe). all the microwave recipes are for cold eggs.
