crazy that edluke became my coping mechanism/ship when i was with my shitty ex. when things got really bad in the relationship, i delved into edluke more i wanted their type of relationship dynamic so badly - to be loved, to work together, to feel/be equals.

An addendum to that 1st point: What if that certain local that wants to be involved in this program is loudly queer friendly? If that factor becomes a disqualifying reason (showing off pride flags and such) then this would be another example of this regime doing queer erasure in these communities.

Ughh 😭. I think with how big SF is in Japan, it makes sense for them to prioritize characters that are more Modern/simple. Japan also has no stigma towards Modern control players. I do want more technical characters though- JP is one of my fav characters to watch because it’s something new everytime
