I wish there was a solution I could pay for today that works at my house for body tracking. I’ve spent probably 10 grand on headsets and tracking solutions and they all have the same issue, just drifts and breaks after 5-10 minutes. It’s worse in the fall. I just don’t get it.

I really don’t understand the doubt, skepticism, and negative vibes being sent my way. I am awake 20 hours of the day, every day, spending every spare moment working on free-cheap events.

I wonder who is going to be mad at me and ban me from a vr group during mile 04, it’s a tradition at this point I see a vr group ban notification during detour mile markers lol.

Rooted the quest headsets we have. What fun stuff can i add on to these now (qpro, q3, q3s). I am so glad you can turn off tap headset for overlay mode again.

Sad to see them go but I haven’t really touched car stuff in years now. I am going to sell both ae86’s I have later this year. Bootstrapping BEACON has been a 5 digit expense. Mile 04 is probably the last time you’ll see them at DETOUR.

Someone mentioned I DJ in a work slack thread and a few other people piped up about DJing, cool. Then a co worker posted an extremely cringe AI generated poster of our names and suggesting we should have a battle of the DJs. I don’t know how react beyond disengage from the thread professionally.

$2000 filled my heating oil tank last year. It filled half of the tank this year and my boiler appears to be broken so I can’t even burn the $6.50 heater fuel now

It’s scary that the latest AI models have the capability of speaking Morse code between “air gapped” (as in, no network connectivity) systems purely by pulsing the cpu they run on through hot/cold cycles and observing the thermals of the other system via physical sensor data.

My daily life is spent rejecting detour discord applications for people trying to find a Roblox discord for a Roblox game called detour.

The sound in the detour barn has had some adjustments. Yo can really feel the difference and it is clearer without really needing earplugs now.
