I have been informed that after being kicked off one one type of statefunded insurance to be put on a state-subsidized insurance, I no longer have any dental coverage, which sucks because I think a nasty infection is starting to happen.

Tim Curry and Dolly Parton have taught us not only that you should be bigger, weirder, gayer, and freakier, but also that those qualities are what people will love about you. The things that make you strange and amazing are the things that will resonate with other strange and amazing people

I miss joining the big multiworld fun. I'll have to see if Archipelago has added support for what I have since I left Windows a long time ago. I hope you've been having fun. You deserve to prosper.

I don't know oare who or what you pray to if anything. If you're aethist or agnostic, I could at least use positive thoughts and energy put out there. I may need surgery to remove my gallbladder. I know it's minor, but I'm still so scared.

Don't get gallstones. They suck.

Hello everyone. I wish I could say more right now, but just know I'm excited for the things I have recently landed in my life. Things are looking up, and I'm not even in Duloc.

The US #economy is like a game of #Monopoly where two players own everything and are simply handing the same wad of monopoly money back and forth while 20,000 people who have no #money are forced to watch.

#KirbyAirRide vs #KirbyAirRiders illustrates the difference between a game assigned to a team with a strict deadline and limited resources vs a talented director's passion project. It's the difference between "what do we have time to implement?" and "what else can we implement?"

My landlord's business might not exist very soon. I really hope rent doesn't go up to try to make up for it.

I feel like there's a terrible double standard. In a world where almost every game that comes out needs day 1 patches and paywalls simply having fun, would it be so bad for some games to be $80 and come 100% complete? My mom remembers paying $80 for NES games ($300 of 2025 money).

Game pricing double standard. We are not entitled to base game being $60.

Got recording done for my fewer tunic requirements video. I should have it ready for next Friday (March 28th). How do you like the thumbnail? #zelda #ocarinaoftime #randomizer #zootr

I keep saying I wanna do content creation, but I can never find the momentum... Or consistency

youtu.be/RP5RRpLpgq8 What's up with Morpha being so vulnerable? Developers really didn't think you'd be here without hookshot, so I guess they didn't see the point in hard-coding morpha to need hookshot. Good thing.

You see, waiting means something isn't meant for you to do at the moment, so you do something else in the meantime.

Much faster than the double gliding we were doing, and it's still very easy.

I actually failed the more consistent version last night. I'm so peeved.

If Shadow Temple wasn't dumb enough, there's a collision gap that makes taking the platform out of bounds more easily and makes it perfect for a consistent BKS setup. Remember to target the wall before going out of bounds, and shield before you side-hop.

Did a more thorough investigation into the best way to grab a stick in Forest Temple. Tried getting a stick while carrying the block to the bubble room, but it cost 8+ seconds. The 6.79 second time cost method is easy anyway. Just don't hit the giant deku baba too early.

In OoT Custom Items mod speedrun, we've discovered HESSing off of arm canon explosion replacing the need for bombs theoretically saving 50 seconds, but bombs were used to make Ganon 20 seconds faster. A stick to equip swap can give us back those 20 seconds... if we take 10 seconds to grab a stick.

KT Speedruns @ktspeedruns.bsky.social · 01/11/2024

OoT with Custom Items, Void Warp without Bombs. Once I'm hanging, I buffer 1 frame of A, one from of C-down (glider) and down right. Then I buffer down right until either the first or second frame that that Link is showing, then buffer B for jumpslash.

I'm labbing for a new LOTAD. This combines two finds: 1) HESSing off of Arm Canon 2) Culling out the guard to glide over the fortress gate.

Struggling to find a fix to OBS framerate dropping. GPU usage spikes up to 50% because of windows desktop manager which seems ridiculous.
