The Home Energy Choice Act passed in California! Utilities will now offer households impacted by planned gas service line replacements an incentive to electrify instead. This move actually saves all ratepayers money. Would love to see something like this in Oregon 👀 earthjustice.org/press/2026/c...

California Legislature Passes the Home Energy Choice Act
AB 2313 will give Californians the freedom and funds for non-polluting appliances with money that would otherwise be spent replacing gas service lines

We only want you to sweat when you want to sweat. 😎 1 out of 5 Oregonians don't have cooling at home. With our summers growing hotter due to climate change, it's more important than ever we get energy efficient heat pumps in every home for cooling. Because we also don't want you to sweat your bill.

Some Dem politicians are embracing “climate hushing”—but our electric grid opinion poll with FM3 Research found climate and clean energy framing to be the most convincing for Democrats, by far, and that it *deepens* support on the left.

This morning in Biddeford, Maine, a 26-year-old man said goodbye to his wife and daughter and left for work. Moments later he was dead, shot in the head by ICE agents, the second man ICE has killed in six days. ICE is killing our neighbors. ICE cannot be reformed. Abolish ICE.
