So if you're can't access mains gas supply, as is the case in many rural places, including large areas of Scotland and Wales, you just pay the ever increasing prices for oil or lpg? Log burners aren't good for air pollution. And is heating by gas such a great thing for the climate emergency?

Can you revive a zombie river? Our cities are full of rivers that have been buried in concrete after industrial pollution filled them with filth. But there's a global drive to bring them back: to "daylight" these forgotten rivers. I had a lovely day out in Sheffield today, seeing it actually happen.

The only good thing about a Con, with Kemi, lead would be if it's at the expense of Reform and Farage. But a Con lead with no acknowledgement of what went so wrong from 2010 to 2019 would be depressing. But then again, the vote is currently still split between 5 parties.

Starmer’s government inherited a criminal justice system failing in key areas: poor police investigations, low public trust, spiralling court delays and overflowing prisons. Dealt a bad hand, they've made some progress! They picked the right priorities to focus on, and saw some improvements.

Yes but most houses aren't new build. Gas heating isn't good for the climate emergency.

But the move away from gas heating is necessary for the climate? I'm reading posts by people who work in the sector and they seem very much against this for the negative impact it'll have on non gas heating provision.

So just carry on with gas heating? How is that okay for the climate?
