That package is very popular at my house too.

Yes. I wanted to like it because the cast is excellent. James really enjoyed it though. Sci Fi is really not for me though.

I have complicated family dynamics, so I get it. But I've found work around that work for me and in regards to the people who stress me out the most I've just said "you win. I'm done", which was emotionally freeing. Today was the first Holiday since saying that and I did so much better.

I took a look in our pantry/holiday storage space and said the same thing

A charlie horse in my thigh rudely woke me up about 15 minutes before my alarm and I knocked over the bowl of oatmeal I was eating at my desk. This Friday is winning!

I wonder if it's related to what's up at a couple schools in Sackville?

My friend encountered this, but with a dog. Basically RIP to her dms and people saying she wasn't doing enough to help, why can't she keep it, why isn't she taking it to a vet for a scan, why isn't she door knocking It was insane and she said the same thing. Never again.

I second this. My grandparents had this and I can't recommend it enough.

Degrassi Jr High and Degrassi High are 2 of my all time favorite tv shows. I could watch them all again.

I love this! The airport is crazy and insane and absolutely maddening at times, but it's also so full of joy and beauty. I've definitely witnessed the best (and unfortunately the worst) of humanity there. Nothing beats a beautiful reunion in arrivals.

Is the good taco place still there? We visited during Covid and ate some really great tacos

Had a great dinner out with old friends from a former job. So much fun to catch up and tell old war stories from when we were all flight attendants and catch up on life. My soul is happy now.

Call VON tomorrow and speak to someone there. They do Meals on Wheels in HRM. If you strike out there and need a direct contact for someone, dm me and I can hook you up with that info.

Not sure. They were a gift from friends. I think they said they ordered them online.

I bought the nicest dress at Walmart of all places last week, but it's all buttons in the front, so I will be buttoning the same 4 buttons all day. But it's gorgeous, does not give Walmart vibes and was $17

That makes perfect sense then. I somehow drove over 2 nails this summer, so the staff at Star saved my ass big time.

Tell them to go down the road to Star Tire. They take walk ins. I know this bc they took me as a walk in a couple months ago

Nothing makes you more aware of your mid 40s age status quite like walking past the throngs of partiers on Argyle St.

I honestly love the Under Armour Gemini Charged sneakers. I picked up a second pair on one of their half off sales for $60! Soles in Motion do a Couple of seasonal sales per year where most stock is really marked down and their staff is excellent at getting you in the right shoe

One thing I don't scrimp on is footwear. Worth it weight in gold to find the right shoe for you. Often worth it to go to a store like Running Room, Soles in Motion or Aerobics First to get properly fitted to the right shoe for you

Homemade pasta carbonara for supper tonight. Had some mushrooms and a shallot that needed to be used up, so sauteed it with the bacon. Perfect meal for tonight!

One day last week, if I replied to 5 posts, I had 3 retweets from one of these. It's annoying.

010

KTanPot @ktanpot.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

I used to take them all at my former job bc I was so meticulous with detail, so I'm definitely taking it a bit personal. I knew there would be a couple of corrections bc I'm terrible with names, but this was a lot this morning

And they're back at it again, I see. I've blocked so many lately because it feels like every reply and post gets retweeted by these accounts.
