How do you find new people to engage with? On X I have pretty well established circle of people who are active and I like to engage with Here I find a bit hard to find people who regularly post

how do the taxes in your country work tho? Even if you have business in a different country, most likely you will have to pay some income tax in the country you physically reside

is it officially Estonia gov portal or your business to help people?

Krystian Zun @krystianzun.com · 07/02/2025

I heard Estonia has something called e-Residency and they've been quite forward-thinking regarding running a business digitally But I don't know the details tho

the subject line is always pretty much the same e.g. "XR Jobs Board #19 – names of companies featured" I think the main driver is the "value". Each newsletter is packed with new jobs and resources. Sent once a week, nothing else. This is what they subscribed for and that's what they are getting

120

Krystian Zun @krystianzun.com · 22/01/2025

Last month was a record high for XR Jobs Board – 29.6k page views – 8.43k unique visitors – Over 1,400 email subscribers – 71% newsletter open rate progress in ~3 months #buildinpublic

5. Experimented with video and content I also stepped out of my comfort zone to share some of my journey more publicly It started as an exploration of different media—video, writing, picture—but it turned into another great way to meet other cool folks

2024 has been my explorer phase where I got to try different things and see what I like and don’t I’ve learned that you can truly build anything you want. It's wild 🌟 Some of my personal highlights: #buildinpublic

it very much depends on the country do research into tax-benefit products that your country provides

Krystian Zun @krystianzun.com · 12/01/2025

Next is great! You should do it :d

I got recently into Magic and I wish it had smth like Dungeons or Raids like from WoW TCG I miss that

010

Krystian Zun @krystianzun.com · 10/01/2025

it makes sense all AI tools just browse the internet for you and curate the answer it might eventually change but not atm

000

Krystian Zun @krystianzun.com · 10/01/2025

I've been having loads of fun building and trying optimise my decks recently is there any way to play Magic PvE, against some sort of boss or campaign I think it would be such a cool way I used to play World of Warcraft TCG and it had Raid decks

120

Krystian Zun @krystianzun.com · 10/01/2025

exactly that besides it's also much more motivating to build an email list imho - it's actually yours no one will delete your account

110

Krystian Zun @krystianzun.com · 10/01/2025

we could hang out in London and play :d I have some standard decks as well or I've been trying out spelltable.wizards.com and it's been pretty great

spelltable.wizards.com

SpellTable - Remote magic made easy.

Play Magic the Gathering virtually with friends!

120

Krystian Zun @krystianzun.com · 10/01/2025

tbf. I still wish to play a bit more with people with other pre-constructed decks I hope you will get one soon ;d

130

Krystian Zun @krystianzun.com · 10/01/2025

that's true! I really wish to not skip even a single day this year ;d

000

Krystian Zun @krystianzun.com · 10/01/2025

absolutely agree it's just one of those things that you actually need to spend time and immersive yourself in the language there aren't many shortcuts

020

Krystian Zun @krystianzun.com · 10/01/2025

even if you have 100k followers, it's very unlikely that all of your followers will have a chance to see the post it still needs to go through engagement filters (X likes in X time etc.)

130

Krystian Zun @krystianzun.com · 10/01/2025

that's true that's why (imho) you want to create more valuable and curated content to send over email than just daily spam but Emails land directly in inboxes, no algorithm filters Readers choose to subscribe, so they’re already invested

120

Krystian Zun @krystianzun.com · 10/01/2025

XR Jobs Board has a 70% open rate and 1.4k subscribers Every time I send an email, I get ~1.5k views vs. I have 5k+ followers on LinkedIn, sometimes my post will get engagement, sometimes not - even though the content is pretty much the same

120

Krystian Zun @krystianzun.com · 10/01/2025

both people are less likely to give out their emails vs. follow on social media, so it creates a deeper connection that results in higher engagement you also have direct access to your audience and don't have to rely on an algorithm
