Just a few days into 2025, and I’ve already made my first sale! the best part? It happened completely organically no prior connection, no outreach—they just found the site, clicked "buy," and made my week Still blows my mind every time #buildinpublic

LinkedIn has been one of my main traffic sources, but recently my posts haven’t been performing as well as they used to So today, I tried something different: A meme instead of a polished, on-brand design Within hours, it’s already performing better—no changes to the content #buildinpublic

I'm learning SEO, testing and trying to optimise a lot of small things Here's what I've done so far: - Relevant keywords in the name - Indexed 100s of pages (job board advantage) - Dynamic sitemap.xml - Server-side rendering for better indexing and this is my next to do bsky.app/profile/krys...

I switched to Bluesky to avoid the constant political noise on X, but it feels the same—just from the other side Isn’t the Discovery feed supposed to reflect my likes and interactions? So why is it flooded with politics? Starting to feel like the same kind of echo chamber @bsky.app

SEO to do for XR Jobs Board – Add canonical tags to point to the main page – Redirect outdated jobs to the homepage or relevant category – Optimize meta titles/descriptions with additional keywords – Create category pages – Add category links to the footer #buildinpublic

TAM = (No. of Customers) × (Revenue per Customer/year) e.g. Bluesky analytics for Indie Hackers at $19/m ($228/y) To reach $1M, you need ~4,400 customers. TAM: 4,400 x 228 = $1,000,320 Ask yourself: 1. Can I reach that many customers? 2. Will they pay that much? #buildinpublic
