Yep. This. They go out of their way to ruin everything. Once they finish off Academy and Strange New Worlds there's pretty much bang on 1000 episodes of Star Trek. That's plenty to watch on loop without ruining it. Even if you don't like "nu-Trek" it's still about 725 if you stop pre-JJ.

Oh absolutely this. The last two funerals I've been to were friends. The regret that you didn't take the chance to say hello more when you could is far greater than the awkward feeling of whether you should.

Scotland have very poor central defenders, but they look ten times worse when they are as disorganised as tonight. And twenty times worse after the substitutions. About 90% of that result was tactical. I’ve already seen enough to know Pocognoli is a dud.

Wing Commander III and IV were amazing. You just don't get that thrill of "hang on is that Luke Skywalker and Biff Tannen?" any more. That was big movie feel combined with actual game play. These cut scenes, even with big name voice actors, just don't land the same.

£6 for a match day programme at Hampden tonight. Pretty sure they were £1 when I first went. This week and last week combined would be the same price as one issue of the quarterly Nutmeg which is nearly 200 pages long. (Or it would if it wasn't a prize, but I'll be subscribing when that runs out)

The club attributed the financial loss purely to missing out on champions league football rather than any effective protest. Any dent there is well masked by their own failures.

Congratulations to Celtic on winning the masters tournament masquerading as the Tennent’s Sixes that charged a fortune and didn’t even come close to filling the arena on either day. Hopefully a one-off never to be tried again. Partick Thistle remain the holders of the actual Tennent’s Sixes.

As others have noted, previous protests have been ineffective and largely ignored by people who don’t want to hear. Until now, the tennis ball protests have pissed off the team, whom everyone still wants to back. This one removed that element and got a response. Change isn’t easy or comfortable.

Obviously @celticfcollective.bsky.social need to get together to agree all of this first. There needs to be unity against those currently in charge at the club (namely the minority shareholder and those who blindly do as he commands) as their intent, as usual, is to divide and conquer the fan base.

Krys Kujawa @krys.kujawa.co.uk · 04/10/2026
3. State that protests will now be ramped up in light of this latest disrespect from those who currently run the club (badly) against those who are the lifeblood of the club - namely the fans themselves.

Krys Kujawa @krys.kujawa.co.uk · 04/10/2026
2. Reiterate that the “fan engagement” from the club is nothing more than a talking shop where much is promised and little is achieved. Give examples of this to back up the claim.

After last night, I’d like to see the following from the @celticfcollective.bsky.social 1. Call out what this statement is: the embarrassing rambling of one minority shareholder, using the club as his own personal platform.

www.celticfc.com/news/2026/oc... The Irish man baby speaks through the subservient mouthpieces at the club he owns a minority stake in but acts like he’s untouchable around it. If he doesn’t want his life disrupted, try turning up at actual Celtic events for a change. Otherwise…

That should have been far more comfortable for Scotland. Been wasteful in both away games. Ended up being nervy because of a hospital pass from Andy Robertson. But North Macedonia are rotten, they’ll probably have a different manager when they come to Hampden.

Andy Robertson now the eighteenth Scotland player, and only the second man, to reach triple figures on caps.

Hadn’t realised they were charging £25 and £35 for the masters masquerading as the tennents sixes. Just kill it off now, an embarrassment to the name.

It can't just be me that keeps hearing about Christa Pike surviving and thinking "yeah but she's horribly disfigured now and has to live in the beep beep chair" Or maybe it is me and I just watch too much Star Trek and have a really weird niche sense of humour.

Ted Lasso this week is somehow entirely predictable and a total gut punch I didn’t see coming at the same time.

Assuming McKenna continues, he’s also used Binks and Welsh last night (as well as Welsh on Saturday). He hasn’t even used Graham yet. He may use Tierney at the left of the three in other windows. Souttar may come in later. He could conceivably call in Porteous if he wanted to offer a fresh start.
000
Krys Kujawa @krys.kujawa.co.uk · 30/09/2026
McGinn was okay in moments but still not offering enough for me. Robertson is in the team purely as captain and chasing the cap record, I’d rather see Doig at this point. Gilmour needs to not be scared to shoot. McKenna was grim. Gunn again looked suspect at times. Lots of gaps in this squad.

Nathan Patterson still looks well short of his pre-injury form. Damning that Ben Gannon-Doak did better defensively when he came on, as that’s really not his game. Need to be starting him more.

Not many pass marks in the team overall but thought Oli McBurnie did a difficult job very well. Anything Scotland did positive seemed to involve him. Harsh on Kieron Bowie who had started well until he was understandably sacrificed.

Lewis Ferguson’s worst game in a Scotland jersey too. Should have been booked for his first foul on Manzambi, incredibly cynical “get one in quick” tactic. Had no clue how to handle him all game.

Incidentally, I know how the double jeopardy rule works (unlike some commentators apparently) - as Hendry wasn’t legitimately trying to get the ball so he should have walked regardless of it being inside or outside the box. Free kick and red card was ultimately correct.
110
Krys Kujawa @krys.kujawa.co.uk · 30/09/2026
That should be the end of Jack Hendry in a Scotland jersey. Ryan Porteous was sin-dyed for a less stupid challenge than last night. At least he was trying to get the ball in Germany and was just over zealous for a low percentage ball. Hendry just blatantly pulls him back.

The news this morning suggesting that the UK pension triple lock is under threat to fund a care service for England. One of the worst pensions in Europe will get even worse, and Scotland won't even get any benefit from it. Pensioners are the most union-positive group, remember.

Dunno how I feel about the #StrangeNewWorlds season 4 finale. I enjoyed it, but none of it happened and the future was an alternate timeline anyway. Celia Rose Gooding absolutely smashed it though. Terrific performance. Nichelle Nichols would be proud.

Repost with an image of your favourite James Bond. (Wrong answers only)
Dr Julian Bashir from Deep Space Nine sitting at a table wearing a tuxedo. A woman in a pink dress stands next to him out of shot but you can see part of her body as well as her pink gloved arm resting on his shoulder.

I still find it funny that in all the years Geordi was restoring the Enterprise-D, he decided the extra consoles at either side absolutely had to go. Like they were a jinx or something. "We went seven years without those side consoles, all fine. Then we get the upgrade and immediate crash it! GTF!"

Fergus McCann is the reason we’re in the mess we’re in right now. His sale of the club to the fans wasn’t as we’d hope but instead left an elite few in charge, specifically Dermot and those who won’t say no to him, effectively reinstating the old board setup he himself cleared out!

I’ve said for years that the defence of us being a well run club is laughable. They don’t even do the business side of things well, let alone the most important part on the park. They get by purely on a proportionally huge fan base who largely will spend regardless. It’s hard not to win trophies.

Michael Nicholson saying they back O’Neill. Shame the likes of McGregor and Carter-Vickers have tossed him under the bus in the last couple of weeks, great backing guys!

Talk of this summer’s spend isn’t relevant to these numbers, but it was all too late to avoid missing out on the champions league again. So I’d expect next year’s numbers to be similar to this. The profit made on transfers (yes made one despite spending lots) will mitigate that a bit.

Krys Kujawa @krys.kujawa.co.uk · 22/09/2026
I don’t think these are all that bad. Didn’t make the champions league so made less than when we did. Spent more, but then we had a disaster to pay off. Not a penny more made a small dent but not much.

Technically they’re right, it’s a reserved matter and debating it is pretty much performative, but the immediate shout from the SNP benches stating “so is immigration” was perfect. This should be highlighted at every opportunity now.

I genuinely can’t decided if the WhatsApp rumours of O’Neill resigning today are the usual bullshit, or if he has offered his resignation to Michael Nicholson, he had to call Dermot Desmond to see if he can accept it but he’s been out golfing all day so they don’t know. Both are possible.
100
Krys Kujawa @krys.kujawa.co.uk · 21/09/2026
If I thought Desmond was open to change then I’d possibly agree, but Desmond is almost literally what you describe as not wanting from some conglomerate!

Four massive games in the last three and a half weeks and Celtic have not only lost them all but the performances have been utterly abysmal. Still top of the league though, so don’t expect any fan opinions to change in some quarters despite back to back defeats to Rangers.

More baffling substitutes. I’m glad I don’t pay any money into this nonsense, it’s bad enough having an emotional investment without adding a financial one as well.

Krys Kujawa @krys.kujawa.co.uk · 20/09/2026
I stopped listening to O’Neill’s opinion on anything when he told us we don’t need to strengthen the defence. A blind man could see our defence is shocking, and if anything it’s somehow got even worse since he said it.
030
Krys Kujawa @krys.kujawa.co.uk · 20/09/2026
Seeing that starting lineup I can only guess O’Neill has money on Rangers -1 or maybe even Rangers -2. That midfield will get overrun with ease and the width is purely from the full backs who’ll get penned in.

I’ll be surprised if we see anything different in Celtic today from what we saw last week. Thursday gave absolutely no indication of learning lessons or improvement. Home advantage and no away support will quickly shift against the team if they’re that bad again.

20% rise on the fuel price cap now being predicted for January. How’s that focus on cost of living going, Andy? I’m sure you’ll protect the energy companies and their profits as always. You won’t devolve that either. Exactly why we need independence.
000
Krys Kujawa @krys.kujawa.co.uk · 14/09/2026
Taking control away from Westminster and allowing us to actually deal with it is entirely the point. Independence is the number one way to deal with the cost of living crisis. You won’t even reverse the self-harm of Brexit.
