I'm so incredibly tired. Attacks, victim-blaming, attacks, victim-blaming, on and on and on. I want to scream into people's faces that it is not our fault that Russia is killing us, and that we need help. I once naively thought that if social media had existed during World War II,

I don’t know who edited this photo, but it’s very good. For context, this is Yablunska Street in Bucha 🇺🇦, where dozens of civilians were killed in March 2022 by Russian troops.

While all eyes are on Trump's fables, I want to share how, in just one day, Ukrainian police unit "White Angel" together with volunteers rescued 24 people and 19 animals from the towns of Rodynske and Bilytske, Donetsk region.

All day, people have been bringing flowers to the building in Kyiv shattered by a Russian missile. 31 lives ended here. Over the past few days, I’ve been translating their obituaries from Ukrainian media into English. Not just because they deserve to be remembered - though they do. 1/3

Ukraine is squeezed between the civilized world and the madness of russia. This is not a war in the traditional sense; it is a systematic assault and the murder of innocent Ukrainians, carried out at night.

The city is under constant russian shelling, roads are destroyed by craters from airstrikes, and residential buildings are ablaze. russian drones continuously circle overhead, deliberately hunting Ukrainian transport and people, regardless of whether they are military or civilian.

This Ukrainian volunteer expressed everything we, as volunteers and Ukrainians in general, feel. Yes, every day we feel like we can’t go on anymore, like we simply can’t, but we have no choice. So we keep going and force ourselves to do what we need to do.

Imagine living in a war zone: day in, day out, week in, week out, month in, month out, year in, year out. Relentless horrors exhaust and numb them, leaving them too drained to cry or grieve. They face constant fear and violence with no escape, no rest, and no peace. They indeed deserve better.

Systematically tearing children from their families, stripping them of their identity, erasing their cultural heritage, and annihilating their connection to their past is not just an atrocity, it is a calculated act of genocide and a crime against humanity that demands global condemnation and action

The sheer stupidity and recklessness explained here are so shocking, that it's hard not to suspect ulterior motives. Hackers, as the dudes on DOGE, KNOW they leave traces, so it's certainly not unintended. The possible consequences are enormous and could have severe, deep, and long-lasting impacts.

Lessons learned from Russia should also be applied to the U.S.: Appeasement will only invite further incursions; keeping firm boundaries is vital. Look beyond manipulative language—judge by actions, not words. Treat every signed agreement as provisional, subject to their whims of self-interest.
