new wuwa event is fun, here's some photos I took so far

Neverness to Everness's launch legit could of been an incredible launch for a gacha if only they didn't do that stupid gen ai shit and lie about it, there's some stuff to like about this game, like it doesn't have 50/50s, you just...get the featured character. That's amazing! It could set a standard

The hardest thing to sell about Wuthering Waves is 1.x as the introduction. That and the early easy to get characters aren't the most exciting to play compared to the more modern stuff many people trying to get into the game may expect from advertisements.

Catching up in wuwa story. Did 3.2 part 1 last night. Looking forward to catching up to 3.3. pulling for Hiyuki but I won my last like 5 50/50s so the gamba wheel of karmic justice is coming for me sooner or later. If I don't get her on 50/50 saving for cyberpunk or Lucilla.

I feel like the "One Piece isn't political" argument is so stupid that entertaining it makes it seem more credible than just ignoring such mindless trains of thought.

Something Iearned rewatching One Piece is that Kuma"s intentions become all too apparent the moment you realize he decides where to send someone

000

Krookzior @krookzior.bsky.social · 17/03/2026

Some of my friends and I last year decided to start watching One Piece using the One Pace project as a get together thing 1-3 times a week. Some days skip a week depending on schedule. Tomorrow we start the Marineford arc. 3/5 of us are blind viewers. It's been lots of fun. I'm not one of the 3 btw

Lahai Roi family AU headcanon (Rover is assumed head of household) Aemeath and Chisa - Rover's daughters Luuk - Uncle / Rover's brother Lucille - Aunt / Rover's sister in law Lynae & Mornye - Luuk and Lucille's daughters Info dump in replies

The true meaning of Lahai Roi in wuthering waves isn't about Waifus and Husbandos. It's about

The biggest fumble about high guard imo was the character designs they had on standby that weren't in the game on release. How do you pick the generic cape guy and OW moira clone over the dragon winged woman? Only one of these is original.

I wonder if Alejandro Saab is gonna voice infinite just for chaotic files or if this new casting means the character is coming back in some capacity...

It's so obvious who the fracticidus spy is tbh. I just can't wait to see how they do it

Krookzior @krookzior.bsky.social · 10/03/2026

decided to pull for luuk after all since I'm skipping Sigrika and I don't have Chisa for Aemeath's other team. Also finished the story quest. Next time we see the Grand Architect its on fucking sight!

The odd1sout "situation" is a grand example of why I don't miss twitter. This shit happens every week. Is it sometimes validated by the person in question actually being guilty? Yeah, but when people go "I knew it!" It's almost always confirmation bias. Parasocial behavior can be negative too.

Krookzior @krookzior.bsky.social · 07/03/2026

Finally getting around to doing the Luuk Hersson story patch, not finished but what the hell is with Sigrika's model? During her visit to Luuk in the beginning you can quite literally see her clavicle under the skin! Is this girl eating right!?

Krookzior @krookzior.bsky.social · 27/02/2026

On the bright side it's crazy how the environments in winds and waves don't look like a ps2 game. Now hopefully there will actually be stuff to do in them.

I'm starting to realize that the independent ending of fallout New Vegas and the problem plaguing the USA right now is not too far off...Obsidian might have known their shit as far as political realism goes.

I used to call a voice actor being in everything the "Matt Mercer" effect and now I call it the "Alejandro Saab" effect.

I'm so glad Ananta isn't gonna be a gacha game, I don't allow myself to play more than one of those at a time and Wuwa's story is too good to drop wuwa.

Seeing Linus Tech Tips share his excitement for new tech with Jimmy Fallon while Bad Bunny sits next to them and listens was kind of wild.

000

Krookzior @krookzior.bsky.social · 21/02/2026

I heard Ananta's closed beta happened, I'm really looking forward to getting my hands on it myself. If the game sets a good foundation in enough time and performs well I wonder if we could see anime GTA online in the future.

people should just start making videos like "30 lies about x video game series" like if its gonna be a trend to share useless benign facts just start making shit up, I'll be entertained either way.

Is it just me or is it weird that in Wuthering Waves Luuk Hersson and Lynae both have blind hair with green highlights at the bottom? I know it's not a genetic relation thing because Luuk has been here for 20 years and Lynae' hair is dyed but it's such an odd thing for them both to be that way

Krookzior @krookzior.bsky.social · 06/02/2026

"Black people like fried chicken" has got to be one of the dumbest stereotypes. Apart from the obvious "what if I'm black and I don't like it or am allergic" like...I'm not black and I LIKE fried chicken? That's gonna be a problem? Well too bad because you can't stop me!

000

Krookzior @krookzior.bsky.social · 05/02/2026

I loved Wuthering Waves 3.1, hold on Aemeath, Mama/Papa Rover will bring you home by the end of this story arc 😭

I love the Star Wars obsidian RPGs (KOTOR 1/2) and I really wanted to share them over discord with a Star wars nut friend this month but man discord streaming is absolutely broken with those games, wish there was a workaround but to be fair the games are very old

I have no interest in watching ball sports of any variety but not gonna lie the NFL theme has always slapped, every time I heard it growing up it's been a jam. I have to wonder if they have an extended cut of it that is like a full 2-3 minutes

I've never been big on farm sim games like harvest moon and stardew valley, but I'm really enjoying Fields of Mistria. I hope that if a missing community develops around the game we get 90s anime characters as townsfolk. I know people would be thirsty for Spike cowboy bebop

My favorite thing about Roland and Lilith in Borderlands 2 is that Roland can't turn off serious mode and fumbles casual talk and Lilith basically has the reverse problem. I haven't seen the movie but seeing a comedian cast as Roland told me what I needed to know.
