I know it’s hard to keep track of all the wars, so maybe you missed what @yguichaoua.bsky.social calls a monumental shift in Mali’s history. 2 groups (Jnim/islamist & FLA/Touareg) who weren’t previously allies have joined forces. Goals=get Russians completely out of Mali & overthrow the military

Le gouvernement centrafricain accuse un travailleur humanitaire français de Médecins sans frontières (MSF) « d'activités subversives ». François Zamparini, employé dans un camps de réfugiés en RDC, a été arrêté, mercredi 4 mars, par des mercenaires russes à Zémio, juste de l'autre côté de la frontière, en Centrafrique, alors qu'il était en réunion avec des autorités locales de cette zone en proie à un conflit intercommunautaire sanglant depuis plusieurs années.
