One of the very few things I miss about the UK are hot cross buns. So happy a few bakeries in Stockholm have started making them. Had such cravings during the week. (Yes I’ve tried making them myself, for several years, they always ended up pretty shit). Nothing beats a toasted HCB and a mug of tea.
