The videos on canadian guy eh's channel that primarily consist of a constant output of random details, news, opinion pieces, and wild speculation about mascot characters like Spyro and Crash.

Finally played through Onimusha (twice) and what a refreshing ride it is to play an action game like this. One where positioning and pre-emptive decisions are rewarded over iframe reflex tests. The voice acting is the right level of cheesy and the new music is fantastic!

The 60fps mod for Deltarune, while not perfect, is so good and makes the game feel just that little bit better. Things really are generally easier to read and react to. The rhythm minigame doesn't feel kinda like shit anymore. Makes me wish this game was 60 by default........

Deltarune has left me feeling incredibly conflicted, and because of this, among references littered about chapter 5, I decided to replay Undertale and doing so has only fueled my disappointment further. Part of me felt like I had just outgrown the humour and writing of these games.

I played Star Fox, Star Fox 2, and Star Fox 64 yesterday for the first time for obvious reasons. The series had been on the backburner for a while as an "I'll get around to it" deal but now that I've played them I can say 1 and 64 sure are rail shooters. 2 is kind of awesome though.

Never played through EX battle in RE2 before, so I made my way up from Level 1 all the way to Level 3 the past couple days. This is one of the hardest things you can play through in RE2, but it's kind of fun to have to deal with the semi-random bullshit the game throws at you.

RE8 on 2witch runs about how I'd expect. (Brilliantly in the enclosed environments like castle Dimitrescu, pretty mediocre in the village itself) However the true downfall of this port is the awful gyro aim. Trying to fine tune your aim with it is impossible because of a deadzone or something.

Played through RE9 and also did a casual replay of RE7 to see how the 2witch version is. RE9 has some performance issues in places you wouldn't expect, but its target of 60fps is respectable while still looking as good as it does. RE7 runs at a rock solid 60fps, and both games have gyro aiming.

The worst part about sony supposedly pulling out of the pc market now is that all we got were their most recent heavy hitters, rather than the back catalogue of weird interesting niche titles like Gravity Rush. Nor did we get older titles from franchises like uncharted or ratchet.

Been playing Evergrace since the absurd ost made it the most interesting of Fromsofts back catalogue and I gotta say, its weirdness has kind of smitten me so far. Hard to say if it'll keep up for the whole game though.

Beat G-String yesterday. Definitely an impressive project for such a small team. Its high points are its visuals and world, which are a treat from beginning to end.
