On Jan 18th a U.S District judge made the order below. On Jan 21st the 8th Circuit STAYED this order. On January 24th Alex Pretti was peacefully taking video of ICE activity when he was approached, pepper sprayed and violently killed. The 8th Cir judges should reflect on that STAY decision...
