His eyes don’t look fucked up enough to be Niko.. though Niko is capable of giving handshakes too! Niko is a Baikal seal, one in my pic looks more like a spotted seal. Baikal seals are neat! They’re the only purely freshwater seals and nobody knows how they got to Lake Baikal in the first place lol
