I remember riding the train into the city every day reading in the Daily News or the Post how he humiliated his wife Ivanna being out on the town with Marla. He was a perk then and he has only gotten worse with age.

They might be able to use stainless steel cooling towers, they work better in a corrosive environment. There are also dry coolers available, but I am less familiar with them.

Evaporative cooling equipment won't work with salt water. Too corrosive. So they will need desalination too. We aren't earning anything from these facilities and they don't want to pay taxes, so why should our tax dollars support their facilities.
