My YouTube algorithm is trained to avoid slop, so I just never see how bad it is unless I use another account, which I never do But I just did, and OMG it's awful! How the heck do people watch that much garbage!!???

A few days ago I was casting something, so as usual I left the burnout oven working overnight And when I went to cast in the morning... I realized I forgot to get the flask inside the oven 😭

I got 2 scam messages from a bot named Chrishaun on Etsy It's a really obvious scam, and Etsy itself marked as spam the one that tried to move to WhatsApp But be aware that there'll be an increase in scam messages by bots, and they will get better at it

I found a ring I lost like over 2 years ago!!! It was at the bottom of my investment powder bucket lol

I'm seriously considering to stop using silver and move on to bronze It's slightly harder to work with, but it's so cheap compared to silver nowadays that I could keep stock of pieces

I made an adapter for the KFP chimkin lamp to be used with the Drawn to Dawn lightsticks!! It's not permanent, you just use it instead of the included light and thread it into the lightstick instead of the tube Free download #KFP #KFPicasso www.printables.com/model/163688...

TIL that this contextual menu shows up in Rhino3D if you long press the right mouse button! The fact that it is customizable with macros will probably change my workflow a lot I've been using Rhino for like 15 years, how did I never realize!??

Screenshot from Rhino 3D showing a contextual menu pop-up
The buttons being displayed are:
- Repeat "last command"
- Add elements to this menu
- Cut
- Copy
- Paste
- Hide selection
- Block Selection
- Activate control points
- Object Properties
- Object info
- Object's material

I truly despise AI writing It feels so... not genuine? It's soulless, sanitized, corporate speech that appeals to the lowest common denominator I also feel that it sounds so condescending, like it's trying to modify your thinking to make you dumb by making you feel smart

Shopify is partnering with AI companies to inject product ads on conversations. I would love for this to open the eyes of those that keep thinking AI "speaks" unadulterated truth, but i know better than to have hope. www.shopify.com/editions/win...

Screenshot showing a simulated conversation with ChatGPT. On the top the user query says:
"I'm looking for a skateboard with a retro design that's good for beginners. Any recs?"
And then ChatGPT's response is: "Absolutely! Here are some popular skateboards that feature retro designs and are great for those new to skating:"
and then there are some links to shopify stores where the user can buy from in a few clicks without leaving the chat
