“We’ll sing a song for Gordon…” The Reverend W. Awdry’s model of Gordon the Big Engine. Not seen in public since 2001. #LittleEngines

Toby Fox thought he was being clever by creating a thematic connection between 1225 and Dess Holiday. Joke's on him, as a railfan, the number 1225 frightens me for a different reason.

I’ve seen questions about why I chose to make Alfred a B12 instead of a Great Bear. Much of it came down to convenience. The B12 didn’t require as much modeling and was easier to make. Great Bear would have been better since the real life engine was faulty like Henry - would have been nice irony.

To think that this is what Alfred could've been

Some facts about Alfred you might not know: - My mother came up with the idea of Alfred as a foil to Gordon. - Alfred was originally going to be a GWR Great Bear class. - Henry lives in the original script for part 3 and destroys Alfred. - Alfred's sidekick (the ROD engine) was named Digby.

A closeup of @alicethemalicious.bsky.social's fictitious guy. Yes, he's from another game. Yes, I built him. Yes, he is rapidly approaching your location. Yes, you have mere picoseconds before you find him on your porch.

Have you ever felt like doing the most outlandish thing ever to your drab and dirty steam locomotive? I present... Elgin Joliet & Eastern class AB #755, all dressed up and decorated for an EJ&E employee special! I do not remember the date, but hey, 755 was not the only kettle done up like this. 😏

Another outlandish steamer! In April of 1942, NYC&St.L L-1b Hudson #176 would roll out with a dazzling red, white, and blue tender that was conceived to help motivate the American populous to buy war bonds! Here is a my G(arbage) Mod interpretation of it.
