that said mfers have been telling me for ages that i need to hear certain genres live to understand the appeal. well i did, and i’m still lukewarm on em. i was right all along about what sounds good and i will be smug about it to the grave

canceling mine right fucking now ditch splice and find your samples the old fashioned way. old reddit threads and sample pack shops have more usable UI than splice does at this point

quick doodle and some self reflection to cap off the year. thank you all for sticking with me 🐦‍⬛🖤

digital art of my character korva - a robot girl with the face of a plague doctor - posed with a knife and a spray paint can against a dirty neofuturistic city

screenshot of an instagram caption. it reads:

“hey there, all. wild year, huh?

spent spring nose to the grindstone on my first ever EP, had my most successful independent release yet, graduated college, had the worst mental health summer of my life, moved myself halfway across the country to chicago for a fresh start

i feel like a whole new person five times over and i’m finally reconnecting with making music. i thought this was going to be the worst year of my life but whaddya know, this trainwreck turned itself around pretty good

here’s to another year of persevering despite it all. i’ve got new stories to tell and i can’t wait for you to hear them 🐦‍⬛🖤”

yesterday on twitter, some of the biggest far right doxxing users were suspended and then elon musk caught wind, and reinstated them. get everyone you can off twitter. it is firmly a pro-doxxing-if-you’re-far-right platform
