Cannot use my pulse elite headset 😩 I updated the usb adapter yesterday and turned on the headset today and it said there was an update, I click on it…immediately an error, I’ve tried resetting the ps5 and the headset…customer support didn’t help much just said “they were working on a fix”

I got the Avatar fighting games and because of my stroke it’s really hard for me to actually do combos so I’m basically a button masher unless I try and play with just my right hand (I can still try to do the movements with my left thumb but I always accidentally jump so it messes up the fights)
