Ran a poll on Patreon for the artwork of last month and HOARY BOULDER MY GOAT WON (the one who wins most is me. I am winning. I love this guy and Coultenet) #ffxiv

A polaroid style painting of FFXIV Hoary Boulder: a red headed roegadyn in plated armor, and Coulenet: a blond elezen mage with a big pointy hat and green robe. On the bottom is written "Adventure" and "HB & C" in Eorzean

Keimwyda: Someone save her. She wants to disappear. O'septha: Flattered at first, but slowly begins to suspect a trap or at least a catch. Fifibi: HOORAY, a whole new town of besties!

Keimwyda doesn't think of Edmont as a father, but she does genuinely appreciate him and occasionally seeks his advice. He's the official witness of her & Aymeric's courtship (i.e. he says "yes, invoke my name to ward off scandal, but you're both grown adults and I refuse to babysit you")

Keimwyda compartmentalized like nobody's business. She had her despair moment waking up in the Crystarium, but once she got steered back to believing she could still do something, she laser-focused on it. She didn't have time to panic. (Also what kept her functioning through EW) (She needs therapy)

Keimwyda doesn't have surviving grandparents on her father's side. Her mother's parents are still alive and well, and Keimwyda has no idea. She... will be disappointed by them if they ever do meet.

Keimwyda (if it's someone who hasn't seen her fight): "????" Keimwyda (if it's someone who has): 🧍‍♂️ O'septha: [Is pleased] Fifibi: "Oh, you worry too much"

I can't remember for sure if it was The Little Mermaid or E.T. (either way was on tape so I'm not sure how old I was when I first tried to watch them).

Now that I've accidentally canonized the weapons Keimwyda uses for both canon classes, I don't think they probably interact. Fifibi would be 110% "Oh! FOR SCIENCE" about the grind and would absolutely not pick up on any of Gerolt's misery about it; surely he's as uncomplicatedly thrilled as her!

Currently on the needles - in approximately a bazillion hours, it will hopefully be a tank top

Roughly three inches of knitting on circular needles. It is a variegated burgundy yarn, with a section of criss-cross lace work.

Keimwyda is very close friends with Krile, who excels at drawing her out and getting her talking. Tataru is her fun friend; a go-to for shopping and crafts. She and Ameliance have struck up a good friendship since EW.

I don't know what the combat gimmicks could be, but I think it could be fun to get sent back into Alzadaal's Legacy to help Vrtra test the defenses he put in place after we trashed the last ones. Maybe Azdaja could escort us :>

While Aymeric had at least one interrupted attempt to get things rolling, Keimwyda was the first to confess her interest in a relationship. But because they're both reserved, slow-burn, cautious goobers to varying degrees, it still took them a bit to use the actual "L" word (Aymeric did first).

Spoiler embargo up, but #DawntrailSpoilers just in case: I *cannot* get a read on Halmarut. I currently believe her about her stated goals, which gives me hope she can be won over if we demonstrate a better way. She seems reasonably nice, but that's what I'm currently distrusting a little.

Keimwyda extends the benefit of the doubt by default. She won't assume ill intent unless given a fairly clear reason to. *Trust* takes a lot more time to build with her, and even longer to repair when broken. Not many people get emotional access to the unfiltered version of herself.

I really enjoy cooking from scratch. I am also really grateful that it's possible to go, "heck it, I opened two bags and a can and now they're hot" and it still meaningfully counts as food. There's probably a lot of applications to this, huh

Kootiepatra @kootiepatra.bsky.social · 07/09/2026

OK, so yeah, the downside is that we have to cook a lot of our own food The upside is that we don't have to ask the waiter to send it back
