There seems to be a constant 'background' power drain of about 470W in this house, and I'm trying to figure out exactly what's causing it. I've got about 8 power monitoring smart plugs coming so I can put them on the major appliances and a couple of other outlets.

This weekend has sadly not gone according to plan, as my dad has had another couple of big health issues. He's 87, worsening dementia, and found out about 7 weeks ago he's got some form of bladder cancer. This is causing recurring UTIs until we can get him in for an op to remove … 1/

Well, not Khajiiting at that Fairy Festival. It's extremely hot there, and also family drama is going on at home with my dad. My mom was okay with me going, but am being guilt-tripped by others. So after getting to the festival, basically stopped for bathroom break, and turned around for home. :P
