So thankful to land a job this week, been a brutal 6 months of searching. Honestly excited to take a break from working events and just have a stable in town position.

15 years ago NetherRealm Studios released Mortal Kombat 9. The game inspired me to run consistent locals. Many sequels (and an Injustice franchise) later, bringing people together to play games I love is still what I want my events to be about.

my new webcomic and merch shop 🪽ANGEL ARCADE🪽 officially launches this THURSDAY, MARCH 19TH at angelarcade.net 💖 this is my ongoing love letter to the community+culture of the FGC, celebrating and archiving all its realest moments and myths, as told through four very different gals (and others) 👼

I’d like to see anything interesting, but it’ll probably be super minor tweaks + all DLC sold in a new product for $60

I revamped the +R Dustloop page. A new addition is that now there's a toggle at the top that switches between normal and EX character pages. when you are in EX mode, the borders of the character icons will turn red.

Would 10 minute warm ups before matches help? I can understand the frustration missing the tighter timing windows from not playing as regularly as you want

Thank you so much!

koogy @koogy.bsky.social · 11/03/2026

I'll look into it, but it might be a while before I'm ready to launch those again. Thank you very much!

koogy @koogy.bsky.social · 11/03/2026

I'll talk to the artist about it and let you know! Thank you very much!

koogy @koogy.bsky.social · 11/03/2026

You did a fantastic job, thank you so much for taking those shots and working with me. I didn't do a great job archiving the past, looking back on those photos now mean so much.

Thank you very much! I'm honored to have contributed to your inspiration.

koogy @koogy.bsky.social · 11/03/2026

I'll add it to the list of designs to put back up! Thank you very much!

koogy @koogy.bsky.social · 11/03/2026

This is incredibly cool, those OC/worldbuilding notebooks are critical. Thank you!

koogy @koogy.bsky.social · 11/03/2026

I'm honored you feel this way, thank you very much!

koogy @koogy.bsky.social · 11/03/2026

Of course you can. We all start somewhere. 😎

koogy @koogy.bsky.social · 11/03/2026

I'll think about it. I feel strange relaunching it now because there's another brand called 50/50 in the scene, and I don't want to step on any toes. But I appreciate the vote nonetheless!

koogy @koogy.bsky.social · 11/03/2026

Thank you so much for the kind words, Irene. 😭❤️

koogy @koogy.bsky.social · 11/03/2026

I’m going to look into adding those this week, as a Phoenix local it’s required in the summer 😎

koogy @koogy.bsky.social · 11/03/2026

Thank you so much!

koogy @koogy.bsky.social · 10/03/2026

Don’t have much reach here but I’ve relaunched Brokentier’s web store, and made a little video to show off a few of the designs.

koogy @koogy.bsky.social · 07/03/2026

After spending the last 4 months applying for design jobs, I think I’m not really a designer. I’m just a gamer who knows how to use design programs…

koogy @koogy.bsky.social · 07/03/2026

That’s ok, it’s a difficult game. You trying to do anything specific in it?

Deadlock is just MvC2 x 100 for me. Fighters pale in comparison to its sheer skill wall, and nothing feels better than executing the gameplan properly.
