had my specialist appointment this week, that I'd waited a year for. 10 minutes, the guy didn't look at any of the information in my referral, just told me it wasn't that bad & they can't do anything

I suspect it would pale a lot on a rewatch but there's no way I'm seeing it again lol

"amusing" postscript: she promised she'd send me (this week) the one housing benefit payment she's gotten in the entire time she's lived here, instead spent it on moving expenses

Digger: best Inarritu by miles, better than Synecdoche, New York (the most frequent comparison). its nihilism is weirdly entwined w/ a sentimental humanism & vice versa

'the story goes: the two guys in the picture worked at an arcade or something back in 1986, this star trek broke down and they got given it, determined to fix it. after 6 months of not working, they decided to drive out to the forest and burn it..' www.andysarcade.net/personal/gro...

decrepit looking star trek cabinet, looking somewhat hollowed out, in a cluttered room.

two scrawny lookin' dudes (shorts, bare chested) with the star trek cabinet, side ways on the ground, looking inside it.

the star trek cabinet is well and truly on fire among greenery and forestry (angled view).

It fell to thunder, lighten, and rain so violently that my house was all afloat, and I in all the rain up to the gutters, and there dabbled in the rain and wet half an hour, enough to have killed a man.

PRESIDENT TRUMP: Koyaanisqatsi is fantastic, it's really - you know the soundtrack was done by Philip Glass. He never liked me much but that's ok. He's dead now. Beautiful wife. But it's an event, it's an event.

I tell ya I get no respect, no respect at all. My husband saw me making dinner from my traditional cookbook, he asks me “what tradition? The Pleistocene?” Ah I tell ya. And the sex is bad too, oh boy. I told my husband to take charge in the bedroom and he grabbed his Amex and called a cab!

when I worked in Coventry one time they had a big Mont Saint-Victoire on loan from the Courtauld. they put an attendant next to the painting to talk to anyone who looked at it & I had to tell her to please leave me alone as I'd seen it many times before
