Elevator in my building broke. Stairs for some of my elderly neighbors, disabled, and immune compromised is very hard for them today… few of us are checking in on them to help them out. Bc that’s how neighborhoods and community work.

Novick has been aggressively building the political coalition to unlock PCEF money and if it's done haphazardly... we are fucked.

In late 2024, the City Council locked in a $1.6 billion spending roadmap through June 30, 2029, via the PCEF Climate Investment Plan (CIP). Every dollar of expected revenue through 2029 is already spoken for. So how does this work?

There could be opps to make this change but today, not here. PCEF for transit could be a thing but need more info, more community input, and PCEF to also weigh in.
