A tweet by Twitter user gale na @poisonjr. The tweet reads "OMG You people can do anything" and she is quoting a tweet she made herself that reads "After you get a certain level of traumatized you have to start manually doing the right thing"

I just cannot figure out what they meant

I was in the same boat. I gave up in skong for a few months. idk how long you gave silksong, but the beginning feels way worse than he (imo cuz theres no music). But the music, the gameplay, and the stakes definitely picks up like 1/4th through the game and onward.

I see agott as butch because projection + I think the hc took off more because of official art where agott is in a more traditionally masc "RPG hero" role and this 5th anniversary lineup art where she's wearing pants unlike the rest of the girls.

Light reading before bed and feeling called out

Indeed, the struggle these individuals have understanding and valuing the perspectives of others, combined with a need for control in relationships, leads many to avoid intimacy altogether (Skodol, 2014). Furthermore, although persons with OCPD have trouble expressing positive emotions such as love, they are quick to express negative emotions such as anger and exasperation—this emotional imbalance keeps others at arms׳ length (Villemarette-Pittman et al., 2004). These interpersonal problems have clear implications for treatment: notwithstanding their compulsively compliant efforts to be good patients, their rigidity and need for control impedes these patients׳ ability to develop a therapeutic alliance (Bender, 2014).

this note in a paper about interpersonal relationships is OCPD is really getting to me because it's like. this is the fictionkin disorder

high general interpersonal sensitivity. Interestingly, individuals with pure OCPD reported higher levels of fantasy on the IRI, which involves the tendency to transpose themselves imaginatively into the feelings and actions of fictional characters. The fantasy subscale of the IRI encompasses cognitive empathy, which is considered to be a more intellectualized reaction to others rather than an emotional reaction (Davis, 1983), thus it is likely that OCPD individuals use a more cognitive, intellectualized style to cope with interpersonal situations by escaping into fantasy rather than taking another's perspective (McWilliams, 2011).
