This whole investigation is a very clearly a poor attempt at distraction over the midterms. This investigation also had a really strong chance of backfiring on the #MAGA and that’s exactly what happened. Every one of MAGA’s arguments is smoke and mirrors that cannot hide from the economy.

Can’t pardon Jelani Minaj. It was a state trial and is a state sentence. Trump can only pardon for federal crimes, not state crimes. There are also no high level sympathizer officials in New York who will want to do that.

On the flip side, these AI systems should not have enough access to be able to take such actions in the first place. That they have such exploitative access indicates the AI company staff are either incredibly naïve or knowingly malevolent. I’m leaning towards the latter.

AI systems are not yet self-aware nor autonomous. They only do what they are told. That means someone directed the AI system to do what it did. There is no “rogue” about it, but there are definitely bad actors abusing the AI systems to take these actions.

It became a constitutional crisis the moment Trump’s name was allowed on the 2024 ballot in defiance of the 14th Amendment Section 3. Since no Congressional vote has taken place to reenable Trump’s “disability” after participating in insurrection, he is constitutionally an illegitimate president.

America’s seat is vacant, constitutionally. Trump was then and is still now ineligible to hold the office of president as an insurrectionist, per the 14th Amendment Section 3. Since Congress has not voted to reenable eligibility, he is an illegal president. The office IS constitutionally vacant.
