Musk and the White House pointing at each other is the tell. Starshield runs on a US military contract, so a throttle is a policy call, not a private whim. Calling for a lock-up doesn't fix the dependency, though. Kyiv shouldn't need one owner's uptime for its front-line comms.

Russia's sanctions-evasion stablecoin A7A5 has collapsed after the Yandex strikes. Daily transactions fell 95%, from 600 to 32. The coin's infrastructure was moved inside Russia after sanctions hit, and since September 2025 it had been running in Yandex data centers. The plan looked bulletproof.

🇺🇦The government has launched a pilot project on drones for medical logistics. The first site will be the Heart Institute: it already has 3 drones with a range of up to 700 km, which land on hospital sites. Flights will be coordinated with the military, drones will have a separate status in the air.

Good read on the Zherebets line. Pushing back to the river at Makiyivka means the Russian 20th Army loses the bridgehead it used to threaten the Siversk approaches, so the question is whether the gains hold through the next rotation cycle.
